Classroom Management is a crucial part of a teachers routine. It should be proactive, respectful and support the schools policies. Students should have an active role in the process of establishing rules and consequences. Consequences should be balanced and fix the infraction. Positive and negative results should be listed. The rules should be clearly posted in the classroom and reviewed regularly.
All students have the right to be treated fairly, respectfully and honestly.
