Goal Statement

My short-term goals include finishing my certificate in web design and starting work on a library endorsement.

Long-term goals include working toward National Board certification and a Doctoral degree. I would like to pursue technology endorsement also.

Mission Statement

To use my creative skills, particularly in technology and its use in the classroom, to enhance, inspire and guide all students who enter my classroom.

To dedicate myself to teaching with compassion, always nurturing and encouraging my students.

To create a classroom environment that presents students with challenging materials, high expectations and the guidance and patience to achieve them.

To build a positive community within my classroom that embraces values and encourages students to grow.

To value my students and show them respect as well as help to build their self esteem throughout the school year.

To continue to grow as a teacher and a person by attending professional classes, seminars and skill building workshops, eventually earning my library, reading and technology endorsements.
